Tasks
- Acquisition and support of new customers: You will be responsible for expanding our customer base by actively acquiring and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
- Advice and sales: You advise our customers on all questions relating to our fittings solutions and implement customized offers.
- Contract negotiations and proposal management: You negotiate with decision-makers and prepare proposals that reflect the needs of the customer and the company’s objectives.
- Market analysis and observation: You observe the market and competitive situation and derive appropriate measures to increase sales.
- Technical advice and training: You provide technical information and training to our customers to ensure the best possible use of our products.
- Sales reporting: You document your activities and results in our CRM system and report regularly to the sales management.
- Participation in trade fairs and events: You represent the company at national and international trade fairs and events.
Requirements:
- Completed training in the technical or commercial field or comparable qualification.
- Experience in sales of technical products or valves, ideally in the industrial sector.
- Technical understanding: You have a good understanding of technical products and their application in various industries.
- Negotiation skills and strong communication skills: You can communicate confidently with decision-makers at various levels and negotiate successfully.
- Independent way of working: You work independently, organized and goal-oriented.
- Willingness to travel: You are willing to travel regularly and support customers on site.
- Very good written and spoken German, knowledge of English is an advantage.
- Class B driver’s license.
