Product features
The PFA components of the lined ball valve are manufactured using specially produced molds to achieve a precise surface contour for a perfect seal. The V-shaped PTFE or TFM 1600 stem packing ensures leakage and emission-free shaft sealing. PFA (perfluoroalkoxy polymers) is suitable for highly corrosive media.
Both the inner chamber and the ball are manufactured using a high-pressure injection molding process. The corrosion and ageing-resistant PFA lining ensures reliable corrosion protection and tightness. The fluorine-lined ball valve is suitable for use in the petrochemical, chemical, food processing and pharmaceutical industries in order to withstand highly corrosive media such as acids and alkalis in the production process.
