So in 2001, Dieter Wagner founded his own company for the development and sale of optimally assembled valves drive combinations to meet precisely this need. This idea developed into a medium-sized company that covers all needs in terms of valves and automation. Be it a small replacement fitting, a special development or large fitting packages for expansion or new construction projects. Wagner valves is now managed by the second generation, sources products from the global market and supplies national and international customers. The team consists of engineers, technicians, master craftsmen and specially trained specialists and, with its extensive warehouse, specialist workshops and testing facilities, forms a competent system house that covers the extensive requirements of national and international directives, standards and regulations as well as various factory standards. We are available around the clock and will deliver the right valve to the right place at the right time.

Over 35 years of experience in the sale of valves and drive technology by our company founder and shareholder Dieter Wagner are the foundations of a family business that is still thriving today, based in Trittau, Schleswig-Holstein, in the Hamburg metropolitan region.

1998: Foundation of the company Wagner valves & Anlagentechnik as a pure commercial agency for manufacturers of valves and system technology / sales partner Remote Control

2002: Foundation of Wagner valves in the newly built company building at the Trittau site – warehouse, assembly and sales in one place

2007: 5 year company anniversary 5 employees – turnover 540.000€

2011: Extension with over 450 new Euro pallet spaces and small divider racks / introduction and certification of a quality management system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001 / SchuF partner

2012: 10th company anniversary 8 employees – turnover €1.5 million

2015: Certification as a recognized Garlock sales partner After years of cooperation, Wagner valves becomes an exclusive sales partner / Penta partner

2016: FHT relies on Wagner valves, takeover of the sales activities of the manufacturer Fluid Handling Technology S.A. for German-speaking countries and Quadax sales partner Wagner valves becomes an IHK recognized training company

2017: 15th anniversary 13 employees are employed. – Turnover € 3.3 million

2021: Next generation Marko Wagner takes over the company from his father

2022: 20th anniversary – turnover € 5.6 million

2023: Quadax Silver Partner / ISG Uniball Partner
