Wagner valves Founder goes into well-deserved retirement.

Gerda and Dieter Wagner were visibly moved when the employees organized a Christmas breakfast followed by a tribute.

Successor and son Marko Wagner presented each of them with a certificate of honor and thanked them for all the years that Gerda and Dieter have devoted themselves to building up and developing the company.
With a turnover of more than 5 million euros and almost 20 employees, Wagner valves has become a well-established company in Trittau. Many well-known companies are regular customers and long-standing friendly relationships with suppliers have developed into solid partnerships thanks to Dieter Wagner’s commitment.

The handover of the company had already taken place a year ago. Dieter used the year 2022 to introduce his successors in the field sales force and say goodbye to his customers. Unfortunately, there was not enough time to say goodbye to all customers.
Dieter Wagner would therefore like to take this opportunity to thank everyone once again for the good cooperation.

Despite the effects of the pandemic, the Ukraine crisis and the associated difficulties in retail chains, Wagner valves recorded its strongest sales to date in 2022. This shows that the company has a very solid structure and that Wagner valves can be relied on.

In his closing speech, Gerda and Dieter Wagner thanked their loyal and hard-working employees, without whom, they both emphasized, the company would not be where it is today.

The Wagner valves team also thanked Gerda and Dieter with beautifully presented gifts and a card with the inscription “You don’t find really good bosses every day. Thank you for being so lucky!”

With this article, we at Wagner valves would like to thank all our customers, suppliers and friends for their trust and good cooperation and wish them a good start to 2023.
